Take Interstate-64 East to Norfolk/Virginia Beach. Turn East onto Interstate-264. Continue to the end and turn right onto Pacific Ave. Turn left on to 5th Street. Park in the Ocean Key Resort parking lot or the paved lot across the street.

From Franklin, Suffolk and areas southwest:
Take Route 58 to Bowers Hill; get on Interstate-64 West. Turn East onto Interstate-264. Continue to the end and turn right onto Pacific Ave. Turn left onto 5th Street. Park in the Ocean Key Resort parking lot or the paved lot across the street.

From Northern Virginia and other points north:
Take Interstate-95 south to Interstate-64 into Norfolk. Turn East onto Interstate-264. Continue to the end and turn right onto Pacific Ave. Turn left onto 5th Street. Park in the Ocean Key Resort parking lot or the paved lot across the street.

From Eastern Shore, Delaware and New Jersey:
Take Route 13 South through the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel. Follow Route 13 (Northampton Blvd.) to Interstate-64 East to Virginia Beach. Turn East onto Interstate-264. Continue to the end and turn right onto Pacific Ave. Turn left onto 5th Street. Park in the Ocean Key Resort parking lot or the paved lot across the street.
